Where E8 Markets contradicts itself

Two pages of this firm say different things about the same rule. We do not pick one: both readings are below, as the census recorded them. 46 of the 102 firms have at least one.

  • challenges[].max_loss

Only in this model: E8 Zero

their E8 Zero article says '3% Static Drawdown ... It never moves'. Their comparison tool, updated today, says 'EOD Dynamic Drawdown: Moves based on closed profits only at End-Of Day'. It is not the same mechanism

the comparison tool. The article opens by itself with 'THIS IS AN OLD VERSION OF ZERO PRODUCT. FOR THE NEWER VERSION, CLICK HERE': E8 itself declares it out of date. The dd_type stored (trailing_eod_balance) is the one from the comparison tool

the article for the new version of Zero, which their help centre links to but which does not appear in the sitemap we downloaded. The 3% is only confirmed against the old page

  • challenges[].targets.phase1_pct

Questions about E8 Markets

Is E8 Markets worth checking, and where do these numbers come from?

We do not rate firms. What we can tell you is what it publishes and where we read it: 6 account models on this page, 14 official pages of theirs cited, and 82 dated readings behind the figures. Anything they do not publish is shown as a gap, not filled in.

How long has E8 Markets been operating?

4 years, by their own account. Only 35 of the 102 firms in the census publish it. It is not a guarantee of anything, but a firm that has been paying for years is a different bet from one that opened last quarter.

How much does a E8 Markets challenge cost?

From $28 for a $5,000 account up to $2,469 for a $500,000 one, across their 6 models. A cheap fee on a small account is not a cheap account, so the table on this page keeps size and price together, and every figure links to the page it was read on. The fee buys the attempt, not the account.

What profit split does E8 Markets pay?

Up to 80% on their best model, not on all of them, so check the model you are buying in the table above. A split only pays out if you also clear their payout conditions.
