Where Alpha Capital Group contradicts itself

Two pages of this firm say different things about the same rule. We do not pick one: both readings are below, as the census recorded them. 46 of the 102 firms have at least one.

  • challenges[].consistency

    Only in this model: Alpha Direct

    the same article gives two thresholds for Alpha Direct. At the top, plan by plan: 'Alpha Direct: 15%'. Two paragraphs later, without distinguishing plans: 'If the result is greater than 0.40 (40%), the trader is not complying'. And the FAQ works only with the 40%: 'multiply the net profit of your best trading day by 2.5. This works because 2.5 is the inverse of 40%'

    the 15%, which is the only one that names Alpha Direct. It is also the cautious side: meeting 15% meets 40%, not the other way round

    the number decides whether you get paid. If their risk team applies the 15% and the trader's dashboard shows 40%, the payout is denied with their own page on their side. It is a published ambiguity, not a doubt of ours
